Burner Management and Boiler Control

Beldick Automation is offering a wealth of expertise covering a diverse range of products and projects. The time needed for an entire project varies between one hour and one year. Specialist know-how is present in the field of burner control,- safeguarding (Burner Management Systems - BMS) and boiler controls,- safeguarding (Boiler Control/Protection Systems BCS/BPS). Systems range from conventional gas and oil burner installations to complex heat recovery installations (HRSG, COGEN). Specific expertise towards fail-safe control systems is extensively present.

Gas/oil industry

Due to our experience with international standards and extensive safety knowledge, we supply a wide range of control- and safeguarding systems used in the gas/oil industry.

Safety

Specialist knowledge of failsafe control systems is available.
Our knowledge is not just limited to safety systems, as process knowledge is also comprehensively present. That is why working and developing alongside you, the customer, and/or writing ourselves the functional specification is natural to us. In addition, Functional Safety Management has been implemented in our quality system. For this purpose our Company has TÜV certified Functional Safety engineering capacity present.

Retrofit

Many existing Burner-, Boiler-, Incinerator- and Process installations are equipped with outdated operating, safeguarding, measuring and control systems. As a result, these do not (completely) comply with the latest (legal) standards and requirements. In addition, they do not function optimally, causing problems during inspections and audits. These problems might be caused by poor levels of safety, reliability, availability, control and/or signaling. All in all, these will result in poor efficiency, further reducing the installations’ reliability and availability. 

Beldick Automation has an extensive knowledge of latest standards and requirements (national and international) and by combining this with our in-depth system, application and process knowledge (Burner-, Boiler-, Incinerator- and Process installations), we managed to acquire a proven track record in profitably carrying out Retrofit projects.
